According to President Muhammadu Buhari, the budget is supposed to consolidate the efforts already made with the 2017 budget in developing infrastructure and maintaining economic growth. A breakdown of the 1,918-paged document shows that the ministry of finance got the highest allocation (N2.247 trillion) of all the 44 federal government ministries, departments and agencies captured in the budget. The deceased was stabbed 3 times in the back; and severally on his private parts, at their home in Maitama, Abuja.
